Charity Care Group seeks a committed and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes
, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care. This role demands a balance of clinical expertise and compassionate patient interaction, complying with agency standards and regulations.
Providing Compassionate and Expert Care
- Skilled Nursing Care: Provide services such as medication management, wound care, and respiratory support in patients' homes.

Educate patients and their families on care plans and health management. - Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory standards.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with RNs, medical staff, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
Dedicated and Compassionate Professional
We’re looking for an LPN who brings:
- Qualifications: Current LPN license in Virginia, with graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in home health care, skilled care, or a related field.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation, a valid Virginia driver’s license, and car insurance.
