Bon Secours Surgery Center at Harbour View is seeking a Full‑Time Operating Room Registered Nurse
. We are a busy multispecialty surgery center serving Northern Suffolk and an affiliate of United Surgical Partners International (USPI). The Registered Nurse is responsible for all departmental functions that support USPI’s mission, vision, and facility goals, working with patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, vendors, and senior management to meet safety, quality, customer service, and financial objectives.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of a professional school of Nursing – BSN preferred
• Licensure:
  Current license as a VA Registered Nurse
• Certifications:
  
  BLS required;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 90 days
• Experience:
  
  2 years’ Operating Room experience preferred
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Advocate of patient safety and quality of care
• Leadership and support in developing and maintaining effective relationships with the center staff and the medical staff
• Maintain standards of nursing care within the center in compliance with professional nursing standards and recommended perioperative procedures
