Per Diem LPN

Role:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed based on facility requirements.

Qualifications:

Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, PPD within the last year, and ability to meet physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation.

Skills:

Dependability, ability to work independently, strong communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Duties:

Deliver patient-centered nursing care, ensure accurate documentation, support patient recovery and comfort, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
