Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem staffing in Hampton Roads, VA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information and conditions.
- Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs.
- Active LPN license and minimum of 1 year facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
- Competitive hourly pay of $37-$39.
- Same-day or next-day pay options.
- Flexible scheduling and full-time hours.
- Local staffing support available during extended hours.
