Primary Purpose
Ensuring that our headquarters campus grounds remain immaculate and very well-manicured.
Essential Responsibilities- Daily buildings, grounds, and parking-lot inspections
- Blowing sidewalks and driveways as needed
- Spot pressure-washing on campus
- Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include hedge trimming, weed spraying, weed removing, replacing plants and flowers.
- Work with our landscaping vendor and irrigation vendor
- Assist with off-campus grounds as needed
- Handle routine maintenance on all bank owned equipment
- Handle seasonal plantings on campus
- Other related duties as assigned both on and off campus
- 40-hour week Monday through Friday, with rare after-hours work supporting special events on campus or to make-up hours that were lost due to inclement weather during the week.
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank-Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Other duties as assigned
- Very detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others, but also well when left alone
- Ability to tolerate working outdoors during periods of extreme heat or cold, to include supporting responses to snow/ice events
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Driver's license with a clean current driving record
- Takes ownership of our campus grounds and accepts responsibility for our exquisite curb appeal
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
- Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
