Facilities Landscape Maintenance Assistant; Temporary​/Seasonal

Primary Purpose

Ensuring that our headquarters campus grounds remain immaculate and very well-manicured.

• Daily buildings, grounds, and parking-lot inspections
• Blowing sidewalks and driveways as needed
• Spot pressure-washing on campus
• Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance to include hedge trimming, weed spraying, weed removing, replacing plants and flowers.
• Work with our landscaping vendor and irrigation vendor
• Assist with off-campus grounds as needed
• Handle routine maintenance on all bank owned equipment
• Handle seasonal plantings on campus
• Other related duties as assigned both on and off campus
• 40-hour week Monday through Friday, with rare after-hours work supporting special events on campus or to make-up hours that were lost due to inclement weather during the week.
• Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank-Secrecy Act (BSA)
• Other duties as assigned

• Very detail-oriented
• Ability to work well with others, but also well when left alone
• Ability to tolerate working outdoors during periods of extreme heat or cold, to include supporting responses to snow/ice events
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Driver's license with a clean current driving record

• Takes ownership of our campus grounds and accepts responsibility for our exquisite curb appeal

• Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
• Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, use your arms and legs
• Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation
• Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions
