ResponsibilitiesManagers lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Depending on the role, managers may also lead specific departments, such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing department operations (e.g., training, food safety, inventory management)
- Setting goals, delegating tasks, and following up with team members
- Ensuring high-quality food and fast service in the kitchen
- Maintaining a well‑organized Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru
- Hiring, training, and scheduling qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Recognizing and motivating staff throughout their shifts
- Previous managerial experience preferred; experience within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desired.
- Positive team player with flexible schedule and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to meet corporate hiring requirements.
