• Be timely and dependable.
• Ensure that cleanliness and sanitation standards are met for glassware, tableware, smallwares, utensils, etc.
• Maintain a scrupulously clean, appropriately‑stocked, mechanically well‑maintained workspace.
• Support BOH staff in their duties.
• Assist in preserving a safe and secure work environment.
• Follow all safety requirements and training with the dish machine.
• Consistently meet all best practice standards set in employee handbook and during training.

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present our menu to guests and answer questions. Must be able to speak English.
