Base pay range: $15.00/hr – $28.00/hr the actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may range from $0.35/hr to $3.00/hr depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
