Established over 40 years ago and based in Eye, Suffolk, C&K Meats is known for its passion for service and high-quality meat. C&K Meats cuts, prepares, packs and delivers award-winning quality pork products for distribution locally, nationally and internationally.
To support our continued growth plans, we are looking to add a new role to our Sales Team. Are you an ambitious, passionate, and driven UK Meat Trader or Meat Sales Account Manager

You’ll be an experienced Fresh Meat Trader or Sales Manager that has a proven track record of delivering amazing numbers. You’ll be highly skilled in selling meat, you’ll have strong knowledge of export markets and opportunities and you will have the ability to build long‑lasting, strong relationships.
Role accountabilities include:- Plan, constantly review and prioritise trading activity to maximise business results.
- Manage business portfolio according to the agreed market development strategy.
- Accurately record all activities and transactions.
- Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of a profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Understand and communicate market information in a timely manner.
- Previous experience of managing customers and contracts in a sales or procurement position within the meat industry.
- Strong numeracy skills and financial acumen, including a clear understanding of profit and loss calculations.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and other languages would be an advantage to enable the composition of professional emails, quotations and proposals.
- Excellent face‑to‑face and telephone communicator.

This role is hybrid with 2/3 days a week on site in Eye, Suffolk. You will need to be located in a reasonable proximity to Eye
