Heavy Equipment Sales Representative (Full Time)

Excel Equipment, a premier CASE construction equipment dealer, seeks an experienced sales professional to drive new and existing customer relationships, close deals, and manage an assigned territory.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities
  • Customer Development & Relationship Management
    • Identify and engage new and existing customers to promote solutions.
    • Build and maintain long‑term relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
    • Provide consultative guidance on equipment selection based on customer needs.
  • Sales Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the operations team for timely delivery and pickup.
  • Market & Territory Management
    • Manage an assigned sales territory to maximize penetration.
    • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to represent Excel Equipment.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and potential rental transactions in the sales management software.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales agreements.
