• Build strong, lasting relationships to create a dedicated clientele base.
• Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by asking thoughtful questions and listening attentively to their needs.
• Develop extensive product and sales knowledge to become an authority in the field. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Conduct professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Master the art of overcoming objections and excelling in sales situations.
• Regularly report objectives, activities, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
• Approach each day with a positive attitude and bring your best effort to work.
