Navigator: Secure Health Coverage & Eligibility
Western Tidewater Community Service Board is seeking a Benefits Navigator to assist individuals with Medicaid applications, renewals, and benefits maintenance. You will work with Case Managers, Finance, DSS, and community partners to resolve eligibility issues and prevent coverage interruptions.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple cases, and familiarity with EHR/benefits-tracking systems.
