General Site Maintenance Operative (Part-Time)

Reports To: Recovery Site Supervisor
We are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to help maintain the safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency of our vehicle recovery site. This is a hands‑on role that plays a vital part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain site facilities, grounds, and security to the highest standards.
- Carry out basic repairs and manage waste disposal effectively.
- Safely move both driveable and non‑driveable vehicles within the yard.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with customer vehicle handovers and collections, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
- Ability to log and securely store customer property.
- Professional discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Full UK driving licence and basic IT skills.
- Experience in basic vehicle maintenance.
