Job Description

• Answer the phone and assist carryout customers politely and courteously while being helpful and knowledgeable of the menu.
• Maintain a perfect image according to standard expectations.
• Demonstrate customer WOW steps:
  1) Apologize
  2) Give what the customer wants
  3) Provide something extra.
• All pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order regardless of topping amount.
• No pizza may be cleared before it is ready to be placed in the oven.
• Drivers must have $1 in coin change on every delivery.
• Drivers must say “Let me get your change” on every order with no exception.
• No person may carry more than $20 while on the clock, including personal money.
• No person may have a pocket knife or any weapon while working.
• Driver vehicles must be neat, clean, and present a positive image while working.
• Drivers may not be routed early or checked in early from delivery.
• Pizza makers must wash hands prior to making products.
• Only proper procedures for products are allowed.
• Every driver must have completed Safe Delivery CBT.
• Every order must be repeated for accuracy and name and address must be confirmed.
