• Be the go‑to person for customers and internal teams in need of rental equipment.
• Handle phone inquiries and match customers with the right material handling and construction equipment.
• Track equipment availability and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with outside freight carriers and vendors for re‑rentals and out‑of‑state shipments.
• Prepare and follow up on rental quotes, invoices, and contracts.
• Oversee the check‑in/check‑out process of rental equipment, ensuring everything is returned in good condition.
• Partner with our sales and service teams to guarantee top‑tier customer satisfaction.
• Maintain rental equipment records and ensure all rentals are ready for the road.
• Assist the credit department with billing inquiries and long‑term rental management.
