Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Liberty Community Programs is actively seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to help clients improve communication, social skills, daily living skills, and overall quality of life. You will work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions for our clients, primarily focusing on adults.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting assessments, collecting and recording data, and providing direct one-on-one support to clients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in ongoing training and professional development, ensuring you are well-equipped to support our clients  needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client-specific Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide direct support to clients during therapeutic sessions.
  • Engage clients in skill-building activities to promote independence.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and consultations to discuss client progress.
  • Contribute to a positive and encouraging team environment.
Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be actively pursuing it.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic computer skills for data collection and documentation.
  • Must be dependable, motivated, and passionate about helping others.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to adhere to ethical and professional conduct standards.

Salary: $20.30 - $22.72 Per hour
