Responsibilities- Gain hands-on experience by learning how to perform basic automotive services in a Goodyear Auto Service center.
- Work with technicians to learn additional automotive services and safety procedures.
- Demonstrate excellent guest service, including clear communication about guest vehicles.
- Promote teamwork to deliver on guest expectations and maintain adherence to company policy on vehicle care and operation.
- Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods (lift, stand, bend, squat) related to tires and basic maintenance.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
- Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information, identify problems, and make decisions.
- Commitment to learning new technologies in the automotive industry and to following safety policies and procedures.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or automotive training is a plus.
- Training with mid- and senior-level automotive technicians to learn a range of automotive services.
