Job Description & How to Apply Below

Are you a visionary when it comes to vibrant blooms and stunning seasonal landscapes? Do you see an empty flower bed as a blank canvas ready for your artistic touch? If so, Russell Landscape has the perfect opportunity for you.

We’re seeking a Seasonal Color Account Manager to lead the creation of show-stopping seasonal flower rotations across more than 300 premier commercial properties throughout Metro Atlanta. From chic containers to grand resort entrances, you’ll design, plan, and oversee installations that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do Seasonal Planning & Design
  • Develop proposals and designs for summer and winter flower rotations across 300+ accounts.
  • Select plant varieties based on color, size, sun/shade needs, and bloom duration.
  • Stay up to date on trends in color palettes, plant varieties, and industry preferences.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to bring your designs to life through beds, containers, and specialty displays.
  • Participate in weekly department meetings, bi-weekly branch meetings, and new job kick-off meetings.
Installation Oversight
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to guide and coach crews during soil prep, planting, and irrigation setup.
  • Ensure installations are executed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
  • Manage logistics for complex projects such as traffic islands, resort entrances, and city parks.
  • Prepare paperwork and stage plants/materials daily to keep projects on schedule.
Maintenance & Quality Control
  • Create and manage quality control inspection routes to keep displays looking their best.
  • Oversee ongoing care, including watering, fertilizing, deadheading, and replanting.
  • Diagnose and address issues related to pests, disease, or environmental stress.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections (field work approximately 3 days per week).
Client & Internal Communication
  • Present designs to account managers and clients, securing approvals and showcasing your vision.
  • Provide updates on installation timelines, plant performance, and replacement needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across perennials, hardscapes, and irrigation to deliver integrated, high-impact landscape solutions.
