Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services with over 500 locations across the US and Canada. We are seeking Licensed Estheticians for a long‑term role in Sugar Hill, California, in a stable and positive environment focused on delivering high‑quality, result‑driven facial treatments. Our menu includes LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE micro‑current, dermal infusion, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top‑level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on clients’ skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members and guests through friendly and helpful attitudes.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• Strong retail and in‑room upgrade record.
• Must carry liability insurance.
• Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as they relate to Estheticians.
