We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Base pay range
: $45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr.

• Assist General Manager in managing daily company operations to ensure a positive, safe and profitable work environment.
• Order, purchase and stock inventory in a timely manner.
• Implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.
• Ensure that employees follow company standards, policies and strategies.
• Cooperate with General Manager on recruiting, training, payroll processing, performance evaluation, promotions, and employee releases.
• Coordinate with General Manager on planning short‑ and long‑term projects, budgets, expense controls, schedules, and manpower.
• Develop and implement staffing and business plans to meet business targets.
• Evaluate key productivity indicators and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Identify and report equipment repair and maintenance work promptly.
• Manage direct reporting to General Manager related to financial, business, and administrative matters.
• Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for employees.

• Previous management experience in full‑service restaurants.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.
