Face Friends Foundation
We are looking for an HR volunteer to develop staff and volunteer retention tactics. This is a pro bono project estimated to take 4 – 6 weeks, requiring 2 – 4 hours of volunteer time per week.
Responsibilities- Leading a collaborative brainstorming process around retention tactics
- Distilling ideas from brainstorming activities into a prioritized list of recommendations
- Advising the team on best practices for implementing the recommended retention tactics
Taproot Foundation provides this volunteer opportunity to help our nonprofit build long-term sustainability by investing in our people. The volunteer will work with Face Friends Foundation staff and volunteers to enhance engagement, onboarding, appreciation, feedback, and related retention strategies.
Key tactics include meaningful engagement, effective onboarding, consistent appreciation, and soliciting feedback.
