About the Position

Join us as a Customer Service Associate at Walgreens to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience in a fast‑moving retail environment.

$15.00/hr – $17.50/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience)

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on an assigned cash register, process cash, change, and discounts accurately.
• Provide courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale, including trade‑up and companion items.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, well merchandised, and stocked; maintain inventory and records.
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco.
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sales merchandise.
• Assist with food item separation and stock rotation per company policies.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep the store neat and orderly.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional photo products.
• Perform web pick‑up responsibilities, monitoring orders and delivering them to customers as they arrive.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments or other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training sessions and complete required PPLs as requested by the manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
