Staff Accountant

At PG Golf LLC, we know our greatest asset is our people. We are seeking a professional and experienced Staff accountant. This is an on-site position. Only local candidates will be considered.

• Perform a variety of accounting tasks across A/R, A/P and Inventory Control as part of daily bookkeeping activities
• Support AR collections, including customer follow-up and account monitoring
• Prepare account reconciliations and assist with detailed financial statement analysis
• Organize, maintain, and update company file and accounting records
• Complete assigned month-end close responsibilities
• Assist with special projects and provide support to the management team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• College degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum of 1 year working experience performing similar accounting duties
• High level proficiency with Quick Books accounting software
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and array formulas
• Experience with Power Query or Power BI is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Team player with positive, collaborative attitude
