As a Tax Supervisor, you'll review returns, support and mentor junior staff, and become a trusted contact for your own clients.

The work is varied too, with exposure to high net worth individuals, S Corps and non profits, so you're constantly learning rather than becoming known for one type of return.

What changes here isn't just your title.

You'll have more ownership, more client contact and more influence over the work you're doing.

The hours are sensible as well. Hybrid working means 2 days from home each week, and busy season typically peaks around 55 hours for a relatively short spell in the spring and autumn, rather than feeling like half the year.

CCH experience would be useful, but they're much more interested in someone with solid public accounting tax experience who enjoys working with clients and helping those around them grow.
