Diva Dance is a sexy, sweaty, stress-free dance experience for adults. We are the #1 brand for pop-music inspired, choreography-based dance classes, programs, and parties - with franchises in over 20 cities. • Connect with clients at our classes to hear about their experience and goals, and explain how our membership options may fit their needs.
• Onboard new members and ensure they maximize their membership.
• Post to social media accounts during classes while observing the class experience.
• Build meaningful rapport with participants and demonstrate a values-driven, excellence-focused approach.

• Confident, persuasive, articulate, and able to form meaningful rapport with a diverse range of people.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Enthusiastic about making a difference in people’s lives and aligning with the Diva Dance values.

We are looking for you to host 1-2 classes per week — mostly in the evenings and possibly on weekends. Diva Dance brings our classes into existing facilities and does not have our own physical location. You can expect to work at our studio in Sugar Land, Missouri City, and Stafford, and should have reliable transportation to get there for classes.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Compensation is $20 per class + $10 per membership sold + free dance classes!

It's ideal to have a tablet or iPad for this role.
