We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated and talented individuals to work as Lead Instructors in our after school programs. Lead Instructors guide students through our world class project based learning curriculum to learn new technology skills in coding, Minecraft, Roblox, video editing, game design, and more!

Full school year in 10 week sessions, with options to continue into additional seasons.

Get in‑room technology experience with excited students.

PAID training!

• Lead and facilitate technology workshops in after school sessions.
• Guide students through project‑based learning curriculum.
• Manage classroom environment and maintain appropriate teacher‑to‑student ratios of 12:1.
• Assist in transporting and setting up up to 30 lbs of equipment.

• Experience with technology or teaching preferred.
• Reliable transportation throughout Fort Bend school district.
• Must be available after school hours (approximately 3:15 - 5:30 PM), Monday‑Friday and able to work three to five days per week.
• Lead Instructors must be at least 21 years of age and have experience working with children ages 8‑14 and/or technology.
• Experience with children in an educational setting preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with teacher‑to‑student ratios of 12:1.
• Strong technology skills preferred (e.g., 3D modeling, digital arts, coding, game creation or design, animation, robotics, modifying games, video editing, competitive gaming, etc.) or significant knowledge of Minecraft or Roblox, including modding or streaming.

Payment: $20/hr – $25/hr
