Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is growing and hiring Dance Instructors. Whether you have years of dance experience or none at all, if you love interacting with people, staying very active, and earning control over your income, you can build a career here. We offer group and private lessons, performances, parties, and competitions across our 180 studio locations globally.

Conduct private and group dance classes throughout the week, helping students reach personal dance goals through single events or long‑term growth. Attend weekday evenings and weekends when events take place. Meet and work closely with learners from all walks of life, providing a supportive environment that enriches lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially.
