We are seeking a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) to join our growing team in Houston, Texas
. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on surveying professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage surveying projects for residential home builders, commercial developments, and engineering clients.
• Assign and coordinate new projects while balancing team workload and project priorities.
• Review survey deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality control standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams to meet project schedules and turnaround expectations.
• Monitor project progress from start to finish to ensure deadlines and client requirements are consistently achieved.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license, or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure through reciprocity.
• 2-5 years of experience as an RPLS.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
