Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in quality and cost.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.

Conduct time studies and process simulations to optimize workflows.

Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes and procedures.

Support the introduction of new products by providing engineering input during the design phase.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing activities.

Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean methodologies.

Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing.
