AOI in Sugar Land, TX seeks an Optical Coating Shift Engineer to operate and maintain coating equipment for thin film semiconductor fabrication. You will train production staff, document issues, and write SOPs. Daily tasks include monitoring deposition, adjusting process parameters, and performing preventative maintenance to ensure high-quality AR and HR coatings.
Required are a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Physics, hands-on ebeam and ion beam sputtering experience, and strong vacuum
