Collateral Analyst

• Ensure that debtor notification and/or verifications are performed in compliance with KPC requirements
• Maintaining ongoing contact with the account debtors regarding payment status
• Responsible for reviewing daily schedules and supporting documents to ensure accuracy
• Responsible for updating the debtor information and credit information
• Responsible for always providing quality customer service
• Work closely with the AE, Collateral Analysts and Data Entry
• Providing support to the cash team such as posting cash and cash reconciliation
• Perform other related duties and tasks as necessary or as assigned

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and computer skills
• Must research accuracy of payments and invoice posting
• Attention to detail must be evident
• Ability to meet deadlines
