We are a data driven and innovative full-service municipality located approximately 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston that invests in our team and offers real opportunities for career growth. We pay our Lateral Police Officers a starting salary of $37.62 to $40.90 per hour, depending on qualifications, plus a sign‑on bonus of $10,000.
