* Job Description:

** ENT and Allergy Associates of Texas and Quality Medical Management Services USA, LLC are seeking self-motivated, people-friendly Full Time Call Center Agents for our Corporate office location.
** Job Duties
*** Answering phone calls and assisting patients/physicians needs
* Scheduling patient appointments
* Taking messages
* Assisting the office manager and physician as needed
** Job Requirements
*** Next Gen/EMR experience is a plus
* Experience in the medical field and knowledge of medical insurance is a plus
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Must be able to work as a team
** Salary = $15/hr - $16/hr

* Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 40 hours (must be flexible to work between 8am and 8pm CST)
**** 100% onsite at Corporate office in Sugar Land - TX
