Behavioral Therapist (LMSW, LMFT, LPC) - Outpatient FT Days | Voyages Sugar Land

We are looking for a Behavioral Therapist to join our team and care for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will have prior inpatient hospital experience or a desire and commitment to learn. At Voyages Behavioral Health / PAM Health, we care for chronically and critically ill patients who require extended hospital care. • Provide diagnostic assessments, therapy, counseling, and support services for a mixed caseload.
• Assist with development of treatment plans and conduct individual and family assessments.
• Consult with attending psychiatrist or medical director regarding treatment plan and plan of care.
• Document interventions and refer to outside resources as needed.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team; report to the Director of Social Services.

• Master’s in Social Work with independent LICSW licensure or LMFT with supervision ability preferred. LPC and LGSW also considered.
• Current BLS certification required. Crisis management certification per hospital policy/standards required.
• 2-3 years of experience in diagnostic assessment and therapy services preferred.
• State-licensed required in the state where the facility resides.
