A healthcare institution in Sugar Land is looking for a Patient Services Specialist I to enhance patient experiences by providing excellent customer service and coordinating clerical and medical activities. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and acting as a patient advocate. The ideal candidate must have an associate degree, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly preferred. This is a full-time, onsite position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
