We're assisting our local employer, Action Behavior Centers, to hire an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Job Summary:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
- Provide ongoing data analysis and treatment plan modifications based on client progress.
- Ensure services are delivered in compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and company standards.
- Collaborate with caregivers, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participating in parent training and family support meetings.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Support clinic operations and quality assurance initiatives as needed.
