The role requires independent judgment and collaboration with surgeons and nurses, as well as maintaining instrument sets and sterilization standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a recognized Surgical Technology program, two years of experience, and BLS plus CST/TS-C/CSA certification
