Catholic Health Initiatives - St Luke's Sugar Land Hospital [Nutrition Assistant / Diet Tech] As a Nutrition Assistant at Catholic Health Initiatives, you'll:
Ensure all food handling areas are sanitized and disinfected for the safety of employees, patients, and guests;
Exhibit high degree knowledge in food preparation and food production;
Accurately portion meals and beverages including attention to detail concerning dietary restrictions;
Support team members in all areas of food services including cashier, stocking, cleaning, tray service, dishwashing, food storage, etc.
