Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 (Commensurate with experience).
** Duties/Responsibilities
*** Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
* Support performance management processes, including training managers and employees on goal setting and development plans.
* Maintain HR data integrity in the HRIS system and generate reports for decision-making.
* Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to support exempt and non-exempt hiring efforts.
* Facilitate onboarding, engagement programs, and exit interviews to ensure a consistent employee experience.
* Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, safety, and compliance.
* Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and escalate complex issues as needed.
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; recommend policy updates as necessary.
* Monitor HR trends and best practices to improve programs and processes.
* Conduct regular check-ins with departments to provide HR guidance and share workforce metrics.
* Analyze employee data to identify opportunities for engagement and retention improvements.
* Partner with managers on restructuring, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
* Collaborate with VP, HR on change management and training programs.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
** Education and Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience required.
** Required Skills/Abilities
*** Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Workday preferred.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance practices.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improvement.
** Physical Requirements
*** Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
* Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
* Must be able to navigate production areas and wear PPE, including steel-toe shoes when required.
