Senior(7+ years) SRM Change Manager


Duration: 6+ month contract (potential to extend)

Location:
Hybrid, 4 days per week (Sugar Land, TX)

Looking for a Senior Change Manager (7+ years) to lead the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) workstream for a large scale, complex transformation.

Must Have's:

• Extensive knowledge ofSupplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Experience with adistributed workforce.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing timelines and priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• PROSCI certified, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Source-to-Pay / Sourcing / Procurement / Supplier Management processes and related-technologies (Coupa SIM, Avetta).
• Skilled in tailoring messaging for executives, frontline staff, and cross-functional groups
