The Project Manager will lead the implementation and conversion projects for the BMC Digital Business Automation ("DBA") enterprise software solutions. They are responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of Global DBA Services engagements, driving projects to completion on time, on budget, and with high customer satisfaction while maintaining billable efforts and protecting project profitability.

• Lead DBA projects and/or participate in small teams of BMC, partner, and customer resources at client sites to deliver required outcomes and identify additional business opportunities with BMC clients.
• Develop and maintain the project management plan, project schedule, communications plan deliverables (e.g., status reporting), and key meeting materials.
• Establish and execute project governance, including a comprehensive plan for communication and collaboration among the Customer Team, Account Team, Pre‑sales, Services Sales, and the PMO.
• Ensure all internal BMC stakeholders are kept well informed on the engagement.
• Manage customer expectations, provide comprehensive status (including dashboard reporting), and identify future engagement opportunities.
• Define conditions of satisfaction and success factors with the customer early in the engagement and review/maintain them periodically throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead recurring governance meetings, preparing materials and coordinating with the Customer Project Manager and key internal/external stakeholders to review project information.

• Understand and articulate how BMC solutions align to customer needs.
• Receive positive customer feedback from BMC leadership, teams, peers, and sales groups.
• Lead project teams that inspire trust and confidence.
• Cultivate satisfied, repeat customers.
• Communicate and orchestrate actions effectively for project success (e.g., proactively mitigate risks before they impact the project).
• Comply with the project cadence required by the PMO (e.g., regular status reporting on project indicators).
• Approve project team’s time and expense reports each week.
• Maintain Open Air project status every week.
• Escalate appropriately for issues impacting project delivery or customer satisfaction, following process/policy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
