Procurement Transformation Manager

The Procurement Manager– ESG & Digital Platforms is to assure a robust and enabling Procurement digital ecosystem for the procurement organization through broad stakeholder engagement as well as to ensure excellence in operations and service delivery. Activities of the Procurement division are closely linked with digital technology efforts. This seasoned manager is expected to partner and maintain a close and effective working relationship with sourcing, accounts payable, compliance/legal, IT & Digital Teams.

This professional will be responsible for promoting and supporting the effective use of digital technology throughout the organization. This professional will also play a pivotal role in the delivery of Procurement ESG program. The role holder will be responsible for designing Champion

X’s future sustainable strategic sourcing strategy and embedding it within the function and wider business. The role holder will be the Procurement function’s representative on all group sustainability & ESG forums. In addition, the role holder will be responsible for leading the Procurement function’s Process & Governance team, ensuring processes support the function’s drive for continuous improvement.### ### ###

What You Will Do:

* Owns Procurement Ecosystem support, monitor tickets are addressed within SLAs and following Follow the Sun organization.
* Consistently seeks to understand ways to influence the development and/or enhancement of procurement processes and systems.
* Engages business leaders and subject matter experts in digital technology enhancements and procurement processes and 3rd party suppliers (e.g ESG softwares)
* Greater collaboration within the organization occurs as Procure to Pay (P2P) becomes more automated, increasing stakeholder adoption and experience

SAP S/4 Hana Procurement Roll OUT
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful implementation and rollout of SAP S/4

HANA Procurement modules.
* Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of procurement functionalities including Purchase

Requisition , Purchase Order, Supplier Management, and Invoice Processing.
* Analyze current procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the S/4

HANA framework.
* Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.
* Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Monitor and report on rollout progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
* Support data migration, validation, and cleansing activities related to procurement master data.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements.

Procurement ESG Program (Green House Gas Emission
- Scope 3, Human Rights in Supply Chain, Supplier diversity ...)
* Drive the global diversity and sustainability program through data driven insights and advanced analytics.
* Supplier Onboarding and periodic ESG vetting to ensure compliance to our policies and reduced risk : collect vendor data, score vendors and implement action plans where needed.
* Collaborate with and provide training to the Procurement team to drive a step change in the evaluation of suppliers and negotiation of contracts in line with Champion
