Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant technical, product support, operations, or data analysis experience.

• Experience troubleshooting technical systems, devices, software applications, or connectivity issues.
• Experience working with customers, field personnel, or cross-functional operational teams.
• Experience troubleshooting device, software, connectivity, and API-related issues.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and drive issue resolution.
• Experience supporting technical products, connected devices, sensors, or digital solutions.
• Ability to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and make operational recommendations.
• Experience troubleshooting device, software, connectivity, and API-related issues.
• Proficiency with LLMs, AI, and Automation Tools.
• Demonstrated coding knowledge with experience in Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, demand‑driven environment.
• Experience creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and delivering user training.
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and follow established processes and guidelines.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company safety procedures.

• 3 to 5 years of experience combining technical, digital, and operational responsibilities.
• Experience supporting IoT, remote monitoring, industrial automation, or sensor‑based technologies.
• Python scripting and process automation experience.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of chemical injection monitoring, production optimization, or oil and gas operations.
• Experience with device commissioning, configuration, and deployment activities.
• Experience managing large device fleets and monitoring device health metrics.
• Training, onboarding, and change management experience.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, customers, and field service teams.

• Develop and maintain automation tools and workflow solutions using Python, APIs, LLMs, and data platforms to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for field personnel, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding sensor‑related questions, issues, and technical support.
• Provide troubleshooting, user coaching, and issue resolution for sensor devices, software platforms, connectivity challenges, data transmission, and API integrations.
• Support device commissioning, configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance while ensuring data quality and reliability across a fleet of 12,000+ monitoring devices.
• Monitor device health, pump variance, dosage accuracy, and key performance indicators through exception‑based reporting and proactive performance analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and reporting solutions to improve operational visibility and decision‑making.
• Create and enhance Python‑based automation tools, workflow improvements, API integrations, and data management solutions to increase efficiency, scalability, and program performance.
