In-House Paralegal

General Job Description

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in‑house Legal team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of legal matters—including contracts, litigation, and compliance—and play a key part in keeping our operations accurate and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys and cross‑functional partners while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple legal disciplines. • Assist with reviewing and editing agreements.

• Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations.

• Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, legal research, and document management.

• Organize and maintain litigation files and materials.

• Support ongoing compliance programs and policy updates.

• Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation needs.

• Maintain legal files, databases, and calendars.

• Serve as a resource to attorneys and the broader legal team.

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).

• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in a legal setting (internship experience counts!).

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software is a plus.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.

• Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).
