About the Role

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our in‑house Legal team. In this role, you’ll support a wide range of legal matters—including contracts, litigation, and compliance—and play a key part in keeping our operations accurate and running smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys and cross‑functional partners while gaining hands‑on experience across multiple legal disciplines. Responsibilities
  • Contracts:
    • Assist with reviewing and editing agreements.
    • Track key dates, deadlines, and contractual obligations.
  • Litigation:
    • Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, legal research, and document management.
    • Organize and maintain litigation files and materials.
  • Compliance:
    • Support ongoing compliance programs and policy updates.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and assist with implementation needs.
  • General Legal Support:
    • Maintain legal files, databases, and calendars.
    • Serve as a resource to attorneys and the broader legal team.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
  • Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1‑2 years of experience in a legal setting (internship experience counts).
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software is a plus.
  • Minimum Education:

    Associate’s degree.
  • Minimum Years of

    Experience:

    0‑2.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
