We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. This role offers the chance to support a wide range of legal matters—contracts, litigation, compliance, and more. You’ll help keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward while working closely with attorneys and other team members. • Contracts:
  Assist with reviewing, and editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations.
• Litigation:
  Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management.
• Compliance:
  Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes.
• General Support:
  Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team.

• Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
• Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts!).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
• Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).
