Our firm is growing, and we’re looking for an empathic, experienced personal injury attorney to help clients find justice and compensation for their injuries. You will handle the case file from lawsuit filing to resolution, with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals.

• Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
• Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
• Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information
• Manage a team of personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
• Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly

• Three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience is required
• Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership is required
• Bachelor's degree and J.D. is required
• Up-to-date knowledge of personal injury law, wrongful death, civil law is required
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred

$120,000 base salary, with bonuses ranging from approximately $180,000 to $380,000, bringing the total compensation to $300,000–$500,000. Plus, the potential to earn even higher bonuses.
