Software Delivery Manager – Pune, India – Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Software Delivery Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across multiple technology stacks, exceptional English communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high‑quality solutions to US customers.

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software delivery process, ensuring projects completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Utilize expertise in various technology stacks to provide guidance and support to development teams.
• Conduct interviews, select candidates, and oversee recruitment process from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Coordinate interview schedules with customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Collaborate effectively with external recruiters to identify top talent and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Act as liaison between development teams and customers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
• Provide mentorship and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Track and report on project progress, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance team productivity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software delivery, with a strong background in multiple technology stacks.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience working with US customers and understanding of their expectations and preferences.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making hiring decisions.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
