Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for the First Colony Mall location in Sugar Land, TX. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach them to achieve and surpass goals, and deliver a memorable customer experience that reflects our ethical skincare brand values.
Responsibilities include coaching with Store Force insights, driving sales, managing opening/closing tasks, and promoting our 100% vegetarian, cruelty-free cosmetics philosophy.
