Job Title

Contract Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager – Telehealth / Virtual Acute Care

Part‑time contract role (1099) – up to 24 hours per week. No benefits. Competitive rate of $44 per hour.

• Provide virtual clinical care via live phone interactions, applying emergent triage protocols and sound clinical judgment.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and families, navigate them to appropriate care.
• Coordinate and execute after‑care protocols, including timely follow‑up on diagnostics and laboratory results, patient education, and administrative clinical needs.
• Manage escalations to payer partners and providers and coordinate care seamlessly with the Care Coordinator team.
• Ensure accurate and complete medical documentation across multiple platforms, focusing on high patient satisfaction and quality outcomes (KPIs include triage protocol accuracy and patient/provider experience).

• RN License: Active, unencumbered RN license in NY, LA, TX, or PA required to start. Willingness to obtain licenses in all states served is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Registered Nursing experience; hospital experience within Emergency Department is REQUIRED.

• Contract Availability: Commitment to ~24 hours per week, including two weekend shifts every two months and one major plus one minor holiday shift per calendar year.
• Technology: Enthusiasm and savviness for new technology; comfortable documenting in multiple platforms.
